Welcome to Iver Heath Infant & Nursery School

On behalf of the children, staff and governors I would like to welcome you to Iver Heath Infant and Nursery School.

We are a 2 form entry infant school and nursery, catering for children from 3 to 7 years old.

From their very first days in our school, children are nurtured and cared for as a valued part of the Iver Heath community.

We are fortunate to have an experienced and specialist staff team, many of whom have had their own families move through the school, who are committed to providing a school experience in which all children can thrive, both academically and emotionally. We are a Rights Respecting school and foster an environment of kindness, tolerance and understanding.

We believe the first years in education are vital in laying the foundations for future success and we aim to give each child the very best start possible. Each child’s individual learning needs are addressed through enjoyable and memorable experiences and they are active participants in their learning journeys throughout their time with us. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum which includes themed weeks, inspiring topics, trips out, visitors and Forest School (please see our curriculum pages for more information) and welcome parents and carers as important partners in education.
